Please read these terms carefully before booking with Intercity Cabs.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a taxi with Intercity Cabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or message from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
Fares are calculated on a per-kilometre basis as published on our Tariff page. Toll, parking and inter-state taxes are extra and charged at actuals. Driver allowance (batta) is charged per day. Payment can be made via UPI, card, net banking or cash. A small advance may be required to confirm certain bookings.
4. Minimum Kilometre Limit
For most vehicles the minimum run is 250 km per day. For Innova Crysta it is 300 km per day. If your trip is shorter, the minimum km charge still applies.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations may attract a fee equal to the driver’s travel to the pickup point. No-shows are charged as per the minimum km for the day.
6. Vehicle & Driver Conduct
We strive to provide clean, AC vehicles and professional, verified drivers. If you face any issue with the vehicle or driver, please contact our support immediately so we can resolve it.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must not engage in unlawful, abusive or unsafe behaviour. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Damage to the vehicle by passengers is chargeable.
8. Liability
Intercity Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the trip.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, riots, pandemics or government restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
